1. What is your current reach?
We operate warehouses and offices in Taipei, Shanghai, and Beijing and have a network of partner companies in the United States. Our contract carriers and priority distribution channels through all major convenience store and retail locations give us unparalleled coverage over all of Taiwan.
2. I’m a small online business. Do I need a logistics provider?

3. Do you have experience with chain stores and supermarkets?
We have extensive experience servicing chain stores. The Circle K convenience store chain was one of our first customers. We also have exclusive distribution rights to 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life, and Nikomart, the top 4 convenience store chains in Taiwan.
4. Do you have experience with video and/or consumer products.
Having a client-base that once included major convenience stores and now numerous internet-based businesses, we deal primarily with consumer products, including cds, dvds, and other multimedia products.
5. What are the sizes of your warehouse?
Both our warehouses are located on the outskirts of Taipei city. Our Linko warehouse is approximately 170,000 square feet. Our Nankan warehouse is approximately 190,000 square feet.
6. What product are stored and/or processed at each warehouse?
Any non-perishable, room temperature items such as clothing, cosmetics, 3C (computer, communication, consumer) products, cds, dvds, media-related materials, and other general merchandise.
7. What value-added services do you provide?
Aside for warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution, we provide a range of value added services to our customers such as production and insertion of special DMs and stickers, custom cutting, shrink-wrapping, and specialized packaging. Logistics Management
Logistics Services
1. Do you provide packing, and distribution services?

2. What your minimum rental space requirment?
We have no minimum space requirement. We charge variable rental costs based on the amount of space you require on a monthly basis. Warehouse Management
3. What types of storage are available?
Our warehouses are divided primarily by pallet and rack storage systems. For pallets, we have adjustable pallet rackings as well as multiple deep-lane ASRS (Automatic Storage & Retrieval Systems). For racks, we have light and medium mobile shelving coupled with mezzaline floors, designed specifically for items that require manual picking & packing. Automated Facility
4. How are warehousing fees calculated?
Depending on what is most cost-effective to our customers, our warehouse rental fees are calculated by either pallet, pieces, or floor area.
5. How are total fees calculated?
We charge our customers based on three primary service categories: Warehousing, Logistics, and Distribution.
6. How do you process orders?
We can take orders via either API , TXT, CSV, or NET.
7. Any limits for order scheduling?
No, orders can be scheduled based on customer requirements.
8. How many deliveries are made per day?
1-3 times, depending on quantity and frequency of deliveries.
9. Can orders be delivered during holidays and weekends?
Yes, but there will be overtime handling charges.
10. Can orders be delivered during Lunar New Year holidays?
Yes, but there will be overtime handling charges.
11. What are the limitations of logistics operations?
We do not believe in one size fits all. Every business is different. We individually design a logisitics and distribution strategy for our customers based on the unique requirements of their business.
Security
1. What physical security measures do you have in place to prevent theft at the warehouses?
Our 24-hour guards keep track of everyone entering or exiting the facility. Our surveillance system is comprised of over 35 cameras that monitor the entire facility. Our doors are electronically controlled and password protected and our fully computer operated AS/RS storage systems makes any kind of theft nearly impossible. Security
2. What security measures are in place for inbound and outbound high-value, fast-moving commodities?
Our inbound and outbound high value, high volume products are enforced with additional security. Other than being located on the top floor of our facility, accessible only through an electronically password-protected door and RIFD keycard, the products themselves are locked away in an isolated area, sealed by steel frames and protected by another electronic door, the products and the doors themselves are monitored by a series of multi-angled cameras.
3. What security policies are in place for products that are in-transit to the customer?
Per our contract with our shipping company, all in-transit thefts are fully covered under their insurance policy.
Inventory Management
1. What storage schemes are employed in your warehouses?
The storage scheme employed is determined by our ECLMS system, which allocates products according to their frequency of movement, part number, and extent of security needed.
2. What programs are in place for maintaining inventory accuracy?
We do both random and scheduled monthly, semi-annual, and annual inventory checks. All inbound and outbound orders are checked individually, and full physical inventory is taken daily for all affected SKU’s. Reconciliations of all incoming shipments and outgoing orders against inventory are also performed on a regular basis.
